As a Junior ServiceNow Developer...

  • it is up to you to further configure, develop or implement our ITSM tooling.
  • you use the best practices for setting up the management processes within the organisation (ITIL).
  • our customers expect you to be able to translate their questions into concrete solutions in our ITSM tool.
  • you are eager to help our customers with a broad smile.

What do we expect of you?

  • That you have a great interest and/or affinity with ITSM tooling and ServiceNow.
  • That you can proudly call yourself Bachelor or Master in IT.
  • That you may not yet have fully mastered ITSM processes and tooling, but you are eager to gather this knowledge and put it into practice.
  • That you jump for joy when it comes to work processes and technology.
  • That you are not visibly dumbstruck when we talk about JavaScript.
  • That you like to provide input about the current business processes and how we can further improve them.
  • That you can conjure up some soft skills, such as troubleshooting and customer focus, but you also have analytical skills.
  • That maybe you also have a number of advantageous capacities, such as knowledge of Angular, data modelling and a technical background in IT.
