Case Agent

As a Case Agent you are responsible for the smooth running of the case follow-up process. You will perform a wide range of tasks and work closely with clients and internal teams.

As a Case Agent...

  • You are responsible for performing analytical tasks to identify problems and analyze resources (memory/CPU), disk usage and heartbeat alerts
  • You are responsible for handling cases so that they are handled efficiently within the set time frame.
  • Create and change your DNS records and ensure the creation of SSL certificates for our customers.
  • You are responsible for onboarding new colleagues.
  • You will perform day-to-day tasks, such as following up on our monitoring.
  • You will be available to provide on-site consultancy to support customers.
  • You'll test new releases of our Arxus portal and Service Now environment.
  • You are the first point of contact for customers to handle their questions.

What do we expect from you?

  • That you have a graduate diploma in IT, or some helpdesk experience within IT.
  • That Microsoft Azure is not unknown to you.
  • You are interested in IT and the opportunity to grow within the field.
  • You have strong soft skills and the ability to deal with customers in an empathetic way.
  • You can problem-solve if necessary and think in an analytical way.
  • You have a proactive attitude and you can work well with your colleagues.
