To guarantee our customers a unique user experience, we are looking for a Functional Analyst to refine and further develop our Arxus Portal: a personal dashboard where all information regarding the purchased services is collected.
As a Functional Analyst…
… you perform functional analyses of our portal and you get a good insight into Arxus’ business needs
… you keep track of technical evolutions so that you are kept informed of relevant developments and you continue to sharpen your own IT insights
… you investigate the possibilities for improvement through discussions with the end customer
… you translate user needs into a clear IT project
… you analyze the tools with which the portal must integrate
… you make a technical analysis of the API’s that must be developed
… you work closely with the programmer and where necessary provide additional clarification with regard to the technical design
… you keep an eye on the user friendliness and design of the dashboard
… you report to the stakeholders on the progress of the project
… you perform functional test cases in accordance with the Agile principles in order to guarantee a qualitative delivery
… you support the users after implementation
The ideal candidate…
… has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic or IT direction
… has a first relevant work experience as a functional analyst
… has analytical skills and can translate user needs into a concrete, structured and convincing action plan for the project team
… has experience with the project management technology agile/scrum
… has strong communication skills and knows how to optimally transfer information to stakeholders
… has a good understanding of business processes and IT processes.
… ideally has experience as a developer or understands their tasks
