Tuur’s journey: from his comfort zone to the Microsoft ecosystem

A broad role with real impact

Tuur has been active in IT recruitment and sales since 2014. With a Master’s degree in Criminology, he entered the IT world by chance – but stayed by choice: “I’ve always loved working with people, which is why I started working in recruitment. It gave me that human connection. But I was also looking to add a more sales-oriented layer to my job.”

At Altogee, Tuur found the perfect mix. As Recruitment & Business Development Manager, he supports both our clients and IT consultants. And helps us position ourselves as a full-service Microsoft technology partner. “It’s a broad role, but that’s exactly what makes it so exciting”, he explains. “I get to work on both sides of the equation and build meaningful partnerships.”

Why Altogee?

Tuur already knew Arxus and Altogee from a previous collaboration within The Cronos Group. “The support and structure from the Cronos network were key factors in my decision”, he says. “I really wanted to start exploring new domains. So, diving into the Microsoft ecosystem while staying in a familiar environment, was the perfect way to step out of my comfort zone.”
