- Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, translating customer objectives into clear and achievable plans.
- Keep projects on track by managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risks in a pragmatic way.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating decisions and proactively addressing challenges.
- Provide clear and transparent updates on progress, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and contribute to improving processes and ways of working.
What have you got up your sleeve?
- A few years of experience in project management within an IT environment, or a background in roles such as Business Analyst, PMO, Team Lead, or Consultant.
- The ability to bring structure to complex and fast-paced environments without losing sight of practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with both customers and technical teams.
- A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership. You don't wait for someone else to define the next step; you take initiative and drive progress.
- Experience with managed services, cloud technologies, or consultancy is a plus, as is familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, or PMI methodologies.
