We're looking for a Program Manager AI Transformation who can bring structure to complexity, create alignment across teams and ensure our AI ambitions translate into real business impact.
This is a highly visible role where you'll connect people, teams and initiatives across Arxus and the wider Cronos ecosystem, ensuring our AI journey delivers real progress and impact.

Your impact: This is what you'll do!
- Keep priorities straight. Across the many trajectories our architect kicks off, you make sure each one gets the right priority, sequencing and attention, so effort lands where it matters most.
- Communicate proactively. You keep a regular, proactive communication rhythm going, no one has to chase you for an update; the update is already there.
- Align all stakeholders. You bring internal teams, tribes and customers onto the same page, surface dependencies early, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
- Report to management. You give leadership a clear, honest view of progress, risks and decisions needed — concise, structured and on time.
- Manage external partners. You’re the point of contact for subcontractors, third parties and suppliers, keeping those collaborations on track and accountable.
- Be the connector. You're the glue between people, teams and initiatives, spotting opportunities to connect expertise, align priorities and accelerate progress.
- You thrive in complex environments, bringing together stakeholders across teams, disciplines and organizational boundaries.
- Proven experience in program and/or project management, juggling multiple initiatives at once without losing the overview.
- Strong communication skills; you write and speak clearly, and you keep people informed before they have to ask.
- A natural talent for stakeholder management and alignment, comfortable connecting technical teams, management and external partners.
- Structure and follow-through: you turn ambiguity into a plan, set priorities, and keep things moving to closure.
- A connector’s mindset; you build trust easily and enjoy bringing people together.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
