We're looking for an AI Service Architect who combines a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem with expertise in both application and infrastructure architecture. Someone who doesn't just follow AI trends, but helps turn them into real business impact.
You'll play a key role in shaping our AI vision, evolving our service portfolio and helping customers unlock the full potential of AI.

Your impact: This is what you'll do!
- Reimagine our portfolio for an AI-first world. Map our existing services and identify, service by service, where AI can sharpen the outcome and where AI becomes the outcome.
- Architect end-to-end. Design solutions that span application logic and the underlying infrastructure, grounded in Azure and the broader Microsoft stack.
- Stay close to the source. Maintain frequent, meaningful customer touchpoints so we catch shifting needs at the moment they emerge, not a quarter later.
- Bridge technology and business. Translate AI’s possibilities into concrete business value, both for our own services and for the customers who’ll build on top of them.
- Set the standard. Define the architectural patterns, guardrails, and reference designs that let our tribes deliver AI-powered services consistently and at scale.
- Be a multiplier. Share what you learn, coach our engineers and consultants, and raise the collective AI fluency across Arxus.
- Solid, demonstrable experience in the Microsoft world Azure, and ideally the wider Microsoft platform (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Foundry services).
- Strong command of both application architecture and the infrastructure architectures that support it.
- A genuine grasp of AI / GenAI and how to translate it into real-world, production-grade services.
- The ability to connect technology to business outcomes for us and for our customers.
- Excellent communication and consulting instincts: you’re comfortable in front of customers and you listen as well as you advise.
- A can-do, curious mindset; you experiment, you take ownership, and you’re not afraid to be wrong on the way to being right.
- Fluent Dutch & English
